Will you have a hash tag & some experienced Tweeters posting key points as they develop so people who can’t be there can use Twitter to participate? That would be a simple, transparent & accessible way to give over some control of the agenda, the discussions & the “minutes” to bottom-up grassroots participation, without the usual imposition of facilitators, chairs, timekeepers or other top-down systems.
Public accessibility freedom accountability & transparency is pretty essential to the purpose & nature of the event isn’t it?

Hello. Our hashtag is #notwestminster – it’s the title of this page. All the workshop sessions have been created by participants, and each has its own additional tag, which you can find on the workshop ideas pages: https://notinwestminster.wordpress.com/category/workshops/ (more to come).
As we’ve already said on our blog, enabling people to participate online is really important to us: https://notinwestminster.wordpress.com/2015/01/04/local-democracy-for-everyone-we-are-open/
You can find our twitter list of participants at: https://twitter.com/LDBytes/lists/notwestminster/members
